SAN Data Storage Training in CA, Santa Clara

Course Overview

We are extending SAN training online and Class room training. You will be trained in EMC /Hitachi/IBM storage technolgies:

1. That the company will provide training to Trainee, to enable Train him to acquire the skills outlined in the above identified learning objectives.
2. The employer will offer a Salary of 58k +2K Bonus in the first year of employment for all the period the employee works at the client location. Company will pay 5K increment for every six months, if the consultant wish to continue on Salary basis only
3. There is an option of employer will offer certain percent of the client billing Rate (package) upon completion of 12 months working at client place.
4. Employee will be provided health Insurance & other benefits. Dependents Insurance is not covered.
5. After working for around 1year on OPT with ROOTSHELL the company will file H1B to the employee. If the employee needs H1 earlier for the status reasons, the Visa will be filed.
6. Green Card will be sponsored for eligible H1B visa holders.
7. Air Ticket and one week accommodation will be provided by the company when the trainee moves to his first project.
8. In between the projects if the consultant prefers to stay at the company guest house, the accommodation is free, this applies for the first one year only. In case of overtime the consultants will be paid at the same pay rate that corresponds to the salary (Example the overtime hours will be calculated as per annual salary basis). If the client pays one and a half times of the regular billing rate for the over time Company will pay one and a half times of your billing rate.
9. We will reimburse certification fee after 12 months
10. Referral fee will be given to the consultant when referred an opportunity/consultant to company.
